Indah’s Bliss Balls
20 fresh whole dates
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw cashews
2 tsp. cacao
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste Raw shredded coconut
Soak fresh dates in water for 15 minutes, drain well. In a food processer blend all nuts, cacao powder and vanilla bean paste. Remove pips from dates and add to food processor. Blend well. (If it seems a little dry add a few teaspoons of water or coconut oil) Roll mixture into small balls and roll in coconut.
Keep refrigerated… while they last!
