Frequently asked questions and how to prepare for your experience

  • To ensure that all guests enjoy our tranquil surroundings, we ask for noise levels to be kept to a minimum, including the use of mobile phones. Though we love children, their attendance at Indah is discouraged.

  • Indah has plenty of carparks available off Lewis Street. If you require a disabled carpark please notify reception at your time of booking.

  • We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment beginning to allow your time to unwind and change into the robe experience. Arriving late will reduce treatment time, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure; the treatment will finish at the scheduled time to ensure the next guest is not delayed. We invite you to make full use of our relaxation lounge facilities before and after your treatment.

  • Booking in advance is recommended, where the time permits we are happy to accommodate spontaneous guests. We require credit card details or a 50% deposit in order to confirm your reservation. If you are redeeming a gift voucher, please mention this, and quote your gift voucher number. A deposit in this case will not be required.

  • If it is your first visit at Indah you are required to complete a consultation form before we begin your treatment. This will help us adapt the treatment to suit your individual requirements.

  • If you are pregnant please advise us at the time of booking, to ensure we can advise on suitable treatments, and ones which should be avoided.

  • Relaxation is best achieved by wearing comfortable clothing. We will supply disposable underwear where appropriate.

  • A gift voucher is a great idea to show someone you love them, to say thank you, or simply to show you care. Vouchers are valid for 3 years. (Stolen or lost vouchers cannot be reclaimed). Gift vouchers can be purchased on our website or by calling us – credit cards are accepted over the phone. Free same day delivery for local Geraldton addresses is also available, for orders placed before 12pm. A gift voucher must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed.

  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFTPOS, cheque with identification and Afterpay.

  • We ask that you leave your valuables at home as we cannot take responsibility for valuables left in the spa.

  • We are more than happy to make special group arrangements for birthday celebrations, hen’s parties and corporate groups. For groups of four or more we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking.

  • 24 hour notice is required to cancel or significantly amend any booking. When less than 24 hours, 50% of the full treatment fee will be charged. Failure to attend your appointment will result in 100% of the fee being charged or gift vouchers redeemed in full.

  • All packages and products purchased are non-refundable. Unopened products may be exchanged under certain circumstances.
