Nourish your soul with our transformative mindful events and workshops

  • All classes and workshops will be held at Indah’s Wellness Studio, located within the car park via an exterior entrance.

  • All classes and workshops have their own pricing structure. For detailed pricing, please follow the prompted class or workshop booking buttons/links.

  • Arrive early to allow time to prepare and settle in, arriving just as or after class has started is disruptive to fellow members.

    Turn your phone to silent.

    Bring water, a small towel and your own mat if you have one – although there are mats provided, it is good to have a mat that is your own.

    Mind your personal hygiene, strong smelling body products can be quite overwhelming for some people.

    Leave your ego behind, practice non-judgement of yourself and toward others.

    Be aware of your space, make room for the extra mat and take care not to step on another persons mat.

    Inform your instructors if you have any injuries, and remember to modify as you feel necessary, do not push your body to feel pain in trying to achieve a pose – if you need to pause, rest or stretch, do so.

    Remember, yoga is a practice – we are not looking for perfection, be kind to yourself.
